Iq can't comment on how useful they are for my muscles/sleep because I'm finding the taste and texture horrible - sorry!
If I add it to water can I use it to take my prescribed medicine? Last thing I was night I don't want to increase my liquid intake any more than necessary

It tastes awful and im not sure im going to be able to finish the ones I have left

So far half way through and the taste of sickly, fake strawberries every evening is making me gagg, it's so thick , I wouldn't spend money on this kind of thing again, I had the healthy metal.drinks before, this is a much nicer option to be honest.

Not noticed any difference to my joints but stopped taking after a week as the taste was so strong it gave me heartburn.

Amazing product

Absolutely loving my first month so far, I have the strawberries and cream flavour which is really yummy and sweet, sometimes a bit too sweet for before bed time but great if you have a sweet tooth. The sachets make it easy to remember to take, I keep mine in the fridge as I find it keeps it cooler and thicker.

Overall very good supplements, give your evening rest time, would be recommended it thanks

Can't go without this in my evening routine now!! I couldn't taste it in my cup of tea before bed and was out like a light when I fell asleep!😴 would recommend!!

Tastes so sickly i cant use them.

Initial taste isn’t great for me but the aftertaste is amazing. I definitely feel like they make a difference since I started taking them! They really do work amazingly and they are worth getting. Flavor: 7/10 Performance: 10/10
