What are Liposomes?

A liposomal is a highly efficient liquid delivery system for nutrition, thanks to the bioavailability of phospholipids. A small preparation of special particles contains a liquid version of your supplement, which is far easier for your body to absorb than pills and capsules. They work similarly to sublingual delivery systems (under the tongue) but have the added benefit of preventing degradation, so you get the full benefits of your supplement. There are no nasty tablets to take, no horrible taste in your mouth. Just a sweet, juicy, highly concentrated shot of goodness.

What are the benefits of phospholipids?

The phospholipids in our liquid supplements are perfect for ensuring rapid and increased nutrient absorption, as they create better bioavailability. They also provide other great health benefits, like supporting robust cell membranes and brain health. 

How do I take Diso products?

Simply peel the pouch, remove the strip and place on your tongue. Wait a few seconds for the strip to dissolve with all its flavours. Water is not required.

How do I take Liposorbic products?

Your OQO sachets let you grab a quick hit straight from the source but can also make a great and easy addition to your morning smoothie. It’s a little extra flavour in whatever you’re craving and entirely up to you. You could drop a shot in a glass of water for some extra hydration. We also like to mix it into our breakfast porridge (or yogurt).

When is it best to take OQO products?

When will it fit into your routine? When it comes to nutrition, consistency is the name of the game. Taking a supplement often enough becomes an unconscious habit requiring zero effort. So, what do you already do daily that you can add to? If you never skip breakfast or always end the day with herbal tea, it’s easier to add it to an existing habit than create a new one. But, if you don’t already have a daily routine, don’t worry. There are so many ways of taking your OQO. You’re bound to find one you love.

Are your products dairy free?

Yes, they most certainly are. All our OQO recipes are free from dairy. So, whether you have a dairy allergy, lactose intolerance, or any other issues with dairy but need an effective supplement, you’re in the right place. That being said, we’re bringing out new products regularly so to be on the safe side, double-check the ingredients on your flavours.

​​Do your products contain gluten?

No. If you have a gluten intolerance, you’re in luck, as none of our Liposorbic or Diso contain any gluten. No need to look for a GF supplement alternative this time. We made sure our products are safe for coeliacs (and anyone else avoiding gluten) from the start.

Shipping policy

Standard Delivery:

  • Free for all orders over £30
  • Orders placed before 12pm Mon–Fri will be dispatched the same day
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days


Express Delivery:

  • Orders placed before 12pm Mon–Fri will be dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed after 12pm, or on a Weekend, Bank Holiday etc., will be dispatched the next working day
  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days
  • This is a Tracked Service 


Next Day Delivery:

  • Orders placed before 12pm Mon–Fri will be dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed after 12pm, or on a Weekday, Bank Holiday etc., will be dispatched the next working day
  • All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail the day after dispatching (except weekends and Bank Holidays)

Delivery to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands may take a day more than stated in each delivery option.

When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been dispatched.

The above shipping options only apply to the United Kingdom and Isle of Man.

Refund policy

We hope you will be happy with any items you’ve ordered from us, but if you’re not entirely satisfied, you’ll find details of our returns policy below, as well as instructions on how to return.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations give you 14 calendar days from the date you received your complete order to notify us of items you are not completely happy with. We must receive any item you wish to get a refund for within 7 calendar days of emailing us with your intention to return the items in order to complete your refund. Please note, you are responsible for any postage incurred in returning the items to us. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage on returned orders.

Items must be returned in the condition you received them, which includes keeping any hygiene seals in place. You will lose your right to return an item if you unseal a product that needs to be sealed for health or hygiene reasons.

[The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations give us the right to reduce the amount of refund that you receive, in the event that non faulty items being returned are damaged or used in any way. The amount which we might reduce your refund by will be dependent on the decrease in value of your use of the item. You should note that should your use mean that your items cannot be resold, this reduction may be 100%.]

How to Return Items

Please email in order to begin the returns process. You will then be provided instructions on how to return your order. You should return your unwanted or damaged items by post within 7 days of receiving your returns form that you wish to return your items.

Please ensure that your package contains your order information.

Please obtain a “Proof of Postage”, which you can ask for any Post Office Counter, to ensure any issues can be resolved if your order is lost in the postal system.

Damaged and Faulty Items

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 allows you to claim a refund on faulty goods within 30 days of receipt. In some cases we may offer to replace or repair the item free of charge: if the first repaired or replacement item we supply also turns out to be faulty then you can claim a refund at this point, which includes the price you paid for it plus any postal charges.

This does not apply to items that have failed due to wear and tear. You may have additional manufacturer's warranties with some products, such as electrical items, giving you additional rights and you should check these carefully.

Processing Refunds

Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned items. Refunds are credited to the original payment methods used and will take 5-7 working days to be credited to your account, depending on your card provider.

Refund Exclusions

You have the right to reasonably inspect your items as you would in a shop, but you cannot return items that you have used, unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty.


Our maximum liability for our failure to fulfil an order that we are legally bound to fulfil will be limited to the price paid by you for that order.
